My approach to coaching is multidimensional and recognizes that each person has their own bio-individual needs, in this way we recognize that the individual is holistic and all aspects of their life must be taken into consideration in order to find balance and harmony and create lasting changes. This multidimensional approach recognizes the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of each individual must be considered and that all of these aspects have an impact on each other.

My approach to health and healing has always been very practical and energetically based. I believe everything is energy, our thoughts and beliefs, our interactions with others, the food we eat and how it is prepared, and how we care for ourselves on a daily basis. Without a sense of purpose we feel lost and off balance. We begin to make lifestyle choices that are not feeding our soul and wreaking havoc on our body. We cannot make lasting change without addressing each dimension of our being. And we also have to honor that what we require to feel good in the world is not the same as our neighbor. We each have our own bio-individual needs.

After decades of being sick and on my own healing journey from “chronic illness”, depression, fatigue, and feeling lost, I have found that one of my passions is helping others to step into their fullest potential and reconnect with their inner wisdom. My sessions weave together mind-body practices such as meditation & visualization, breathwork, and movement as well as including very practical ways of healing the body, or stepping into your power at home, work, or in your personal life. I also include different forms of bioenergetic healing, allowing us to bypass the subconscious and make visible the invisible messages your body is trying to tell you. Through different forms of somatic healing, muscle testing, EFT, etc. we are able to get to the root of what might be holding you back from truly healing.

Mind-Body coaching is here to help guide & support you in creating changes that might seem impossible. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and empowers you by guiding you back to you the wisdom of your heart. The areas we can focus on can be related to diet & nutrition, creating healthier lifestyle habits, career, relationships, and deepening your connection with your spiritual practice. They are all connected and when we work on one we heal all!
