Lymphatic Drainage

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) is a form of lymphatic drainage that is a gentle, non-invasive technique to stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. A combination of inert gas ionization, vibration, and light help to stimulate the deepest levels of lymph flow that manual lymph drainage cannot reach. ALT is a unique and revolutionary option for modern cleansing and nourishes the entire body by activating 80% of the body’s immune cells. Assisted Lymphatic Drainage aides in detoxification, inflammation & pain reduction, tissue decongestion & regeneration, energy & nutrition enhancement, immune system support, and edema management. ALT is more than lymphatic drainage, it is a whole body healing system the optimizes the body’s ability to heal at the cellular level.

Heather is a certified lymphatic therapist and is very knowledgable of how to work with clients who have received mastectomies & reconstructive surgery, lymph node removal, as well as other chronic health issues.

The proper functioning of the lymphatic system is imperative to a healthy immune system. Monthly ALT sessions can help you maintain a healthy body and prevent disease and can be very effective in helping those who experience chronic health issues by incorporating ALT treatments regularly. ALT is also the perfect compliment for those who are going through detoxification from mold, heavy metals, lyme disease, cancer, cancer treatments, and environmental pollutants.

Most people are familiar with manual lymphatic drainage. Although manual lymph drainage (unassisted) has its place, assisted lymphatic therapy can stimulate the lymph at a greater depth (up to 8 inches in the body) and will enhance lymph flow with far less therapy time. In fact, one session of ALT is the equivalent of 8-10 MLD sessions! The enhanced stimulation of ALT has provided benefits to clients who experienced limited response from MLD.
